I will be contacting the BBB to deal with Buddies. If you have a contract with them, REVIEW IT WITH A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. The manager is absolutely unprofessional. I have asked for ALL communication to now be in writing and the manager just informed me that they will not stop calling or coming to my home which is HARRASSMENT. I only asked to pay out my entire amount on my account with the 25% discount as they have informed me that they offer. I’ve had plenty of time dealing with this company to form a real opinion about it. The first manager I dealt with was great, and I never had any issues. This new manager is not the same. I pay $68 every two weeks for a beat-up stacked washer and dryer that they’re charging me over $2,000 for. I’ve made my payments without any issues because I’m a momma, and I have to keep clean clothes for my children.
