This place charges you whatever they want whenever they want and they’re extremely rude and unprofessional…. I had my credit card overdrawn x2 because the lady decided to charge me two payments not one… didn’t ask, didn’t care either I asked her why’d she’d do that and she said that she can resolve my issue by blocking the charge and PICKING UP THE ITEM LMAOOOO I agreed and let them take it! This is about the third time they did it too.

This place does not stand on their word. They love to cover up what they do and who they decide to take advantage of. People can be past due hundreds and they WONT CARE!!!!! But if your passed due couple hundreds you bet their going to take advantage of you!!!! ESPECIALLY IF THE ITEM IS ALMOST FULLY PAID FOR!🤣 They like to add things to the contract as if some of us don’t have it in our face! They charge your card WITHOUT PERMISSION! If I could leave zero stars, I would, I should have listened to an ex employee about this place, and the people who run it. Beatrice is extremely rude. Every time I try to give a payment explaining to her my economical status she would pretty much laugh at my face every time I went to try and explain, she would speak over me. I was a witness to one of these bad comments, I was parked at little ceasers because the drive thru line was blocked off, I saw cops and commotion at Buddys so I thought something happen, I was later explained by employees from little ceasers, that Buddys had a chaotic customer who was REFUSING to move her car, after we got our pizza, we decided to step inside to see their offers because they had a sale for 4th of July.
