Great customer service and very polite service with us
I’m only giving three stars because I don’t know what happened in the past week or whatever but it seems like there’s no communication. I’m still waiting for someone to come fix my couch that I just got from buddies just two weeks ago… I also lost out on a referral because they put them on hold and never came back… So my friends that I referred chose to go else where.. Arrived at 6:50 pm 10 minutes before close 2 people working one finishing paperwork with another customer. One getting ready to close. They asked if I needed to make a payment I said no im interested in this couch. After that I was never acknowledged again they both walked off doing absolutely nothing acting like we were not in the store. Had cash money in my pocket they didnt only loose this sale, being my first visit It will also now be my last!
Very friendly and helpful salesperson. She was willing to go the extra mile for me and I really appreciated her.
I wouldn’t give this store a one star. The customer service for this store is horrible, and was lied to numerous of times to by the store staff! I purchased my furniture on a Saturday and was promised to have it delivered the following Friday due to having to leave town for work for the next couple of days. Come Thursday, I was told my table wasn’t here. Friday, I was told my bedroom set was not in good enough condition to bring it out.
