Okay, first of all – we’ve never done a rent-to-own in our lives, but Buddy’s had what we wanted, so we thought, “Why not give it a shot?” (Spoiler alert: BIG mistake.) Very unprofessional Rebecca likes to scream at customers and threaten to pick up PAID furniture. Screaming she makes more money than customers. Very concerning LOL would love corporate to contact me as I have multiple of my tenants that I refer and now very embarrassed. You don't conduct business this way and corporate will be noticed as soon as possible to alert the conduct of this employee.
