Very rude customer service
Rented a couch from here and it was infested with roaches, the management was not helpful at all. Avoid at all costs.
My experience with Buddy’s in San Marcos was the worst I’ve ever had. During my rental period, I became seriously ill and was hospitalized, which caused me to fall behind on payments. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, the store manager (Kaylee or something similar) *threatened to call the police* over the merchandise. I had actually pleaded with them multiple times to simply come pick up the items, but they refused.
