Rude Manager: Just called to mention about a situation that took place yesterday evening. Reported there furniture scraped wall n the door. She mentioned " Im not on the account". Okay understanding but your piece was on my property. Don't be mad because you have to pay for what your workers did. Mentioning, I'm being rude. Came with attitude on the phone for Mentioning it. Ordered a recliner with remote to allow me to be able to stand. Took several weeks for it to come in and be delivered to the store.
This store has a problem w/transparency. The employees forget to give receipts. When asked to write the new balance per payment they don’t know how or don’t want to. The manager can’t explain the break down of the balance nor keeps up with The Rental Purchase Agreements. I have made many purchases at another location and never had the issues like we experienced at this location. Never again
