Been dealing with this company since march 24 and when I say this place is a get over I mean just that nobody can give straight answer the manger Josh is rude they constantly have different staff that is not properly trained nor professional I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! RIP OFFFFFFF
The most scummy branch Ive ever done business with. Kept charging me twice on bi weekly (double payments) and refused to answer about it.Fell behind once and was forced to restart my lease agreement almost paying it off now back to fresh like if I leased it out again for the first time, restarting all payments.
***** and *****, the general manager for the ******* location are very prejudice and racist rude people. Very hostile and terrible customer service and I advise folks from doing business with them. Buddys company will con you out your money and overcharge you then if you miss a payment they threaten to put a warrant against you and have you arrested. No good. They lie and charge your card without telling you
I would make a payment over the phone and the next day they would pull money out of my account without my permission. Their insurance is a scam. I had a tv half way paid off and it got broken by my youngest daughter. They said they would file a claim, but never did. They gave me another TV but didn't tell me they started me over on the payments. The money I paid from the other TV was not subtracted from the other TV. They gave me a used TV without the stand and I had to complain to get a stand. And wanted me to pay 1800 doll... read more
They are rude and come to you your home and you not a month behind
I purchased a couch and love seat set from the norman location. Ive literally only been late for a week due to job change and I let the lady know what date Id be able to pay my furniture. They continue to come by my home EVERY DAY banging so loud on my door that my neighbor has texted me while I was at work complaining. And not only that they harassed her while she was going into her apartment demanding information on me. Then they tried to charge my cards without permission. Went with this company for a washer/ dryer set. The first year was fine. Easy payment & they never bothered me. The second year is why im writing this review. They hired a female there (K) that seriously lacked customer service skills to put thigs nicely. She doesnt know how to talk to people. She goes out of her way to be very rude and threatening.
