I've had a wonderful experience overall. The sales rep Sal is amazing he definitely takes customer service to the next level. I am happy with my products and the merchandise. I highly recommend Buddys to anyone looking for superior service and a quality of products you will want to own.

Been dealing with this company for 2 years it started out good paid off an Xbox one with them but then there customer service started getting really sloppy and the staff was not comunicating , new employees coming in had no product knowledge I would call and make a payment over the phone but they couldn't run my card even though it had over 1,000 on the card so I had to make trips to the store just to make the payment , then one time I came to the store to tell them I was having an issue with my product , they said they woul... read more

This company is a joke, along with every employee that works there. They are disrespectful and do not know how to do business. I don't even have furniture through here but a friend does and it's appalling how they discuss things with their customers especially if they are a few days late. They left a note on her door that stated and I quote "do you really think you do not have to pay for your furniture, why can you be adults and communicate like what is the deal you think we believe you aren't home this is childish behavior ... read more

Took credit card info and set up time to deliver appliance. No show. Charged my credit card then called me after delivery time and said my references didn't check out. When I asked for explanation hung up. I called store back and general manager told me I would have to come into store to pick up cash if I wanted money back. Unbelievable!!!! Would NOT recommend!
