A rip off and worse customer service I have found in Texas – At first they are so nice and treat you like family, but once you start signing the paperwork and realize the EXTREMELY high rates they charge, it all starts to go downhill. My experience with this store has always been pleasant. They have a huge selection of furniture. Even though salesman are very far from you but they will come and show you warm welcome. Even if you do not buy anything just have a look at the furniture. You are highly respected at that store. Finally, we have buy some furniture to our home. Fail! – Well to start off this is a rental chain, if you rent to buy a product from them intrest is over 100% so the product is worth double the amount of purchase. When I went to the store I asked the sales rep on the intrest payment he told me "1%" so I said "how do you stay in buisness:" So I went with it, and gave them my inital payment of 140 dollars and signed my credit card transaction, I did not sign no other paper work IE intrest payment, or the full amount of weeks it will take to pay it off. Flexi Comprass in Rosenberg Tx – They told me the cost of the computer will be about 750.00.. And 1585.00 if I take 45 wks to pay...Well today I called and ask what is my early payoff. They practically laugh at me and told me there is no early payoff if you want the property you must pay the total amount of 1585.00.
