Went here for a late lunch. Ordered snow crab legs and calamari apps. Awesome on both counts. For lunch, 2 of us had the buffet, 3 off the menu. All were happy. And kids under 10 eat free.
We went to another restaurant, and the children were disappointed crab legs were not on the menu. The hostess directed us to Buddy's. The crab legs were perfectly cooked and delicious! The Maryland crab soup and the fried shrimp were also very good. The location is great too.

Very good place for lunch and dinner. Yes like it's implies they serve crabs and ribs at Buddy's and they are simply delicious. The crabs we were served were sweet and garlicky - traditional Maryland blue crab. The ribs were also delicious and are St. Louis style ribs (with a sweet bbq sauce glaze). Additionally they serve items more kid friendly like the ubiquitous chicken tenders. The ribs were also delicious. Love the oysters and the buffet. Great location !!

Buddy's Crab Shack was great. Food was good. The crab chowder soup was great. We were looking for Blue Crabs and found them at Buddy's. Our server (young lady with blonde hair) was awesome. She checked the bucket to make sure we were not wasting any crab. She took the time to show us how to crack the crabs. Really enjoyed the experience.
Crab cakes are amazing but the buffet can be improved. Would go again
