First, please close your back doors during operating hours. Not only a security risk but let's in rodents, flys and other pests. As evidenced by what I saw today at lunch. Flies, gnats around the counter when I was ordering. Second, obvious problems with order execution. People waiting for long time, one got mad and took his to go cause it took so long. Took 10 minutes to get out two sandwiches. Yall need some help and organization.
We generally like the food here most of the time. This visit was spot on with the half chicken but the brisket was super dry. Every time we go here every employee seems like they'd rather be anywhere else.
Always a great experience with great and reliable food!
Overall, it is a good place for BBQ. It's not the best, but good with other choices, which makes it a great stop.
My favorite place to eat in oak ridge!! So good, fast and never disappoints
