Buddys attention to detail on my classic was top notch. Use of correct additives, knowledge of proper fluids, and a great understanding of classic car mechanics made me very comfortable knowing my car was in their care. Such a breath of fresh air to work with people who enjoy what they do, and have an A+ customer service experience.
Have now had two vehicles worked on at Buddy’s. Fantastic people, great communication, and honest service. My minivan had electrically issues and would not start properly. The issue was clearly diagnosed and explained to me and we were able to come up with a solution that fit my needs. Also took a separate vehicle to get looked over after an accident and received nothing but an honest evaluation of the safety and drivability of the vehicle and what issues actually needed addressing. Have been using these guys every time our cars have been act up. Windshield wipers, wiper fluid pumps, breaks, blown engine, oil changes, system flushes, squeaky noises - everything. As a first time car owner I love that they always make time for me - on the phone and in person - and always makes sure I completely understand what the issue is and what I can do to prevent them and maintain them. Also they don't charge an arm and a leg. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Extremely nice staff, very detailed and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything about my car and made me feel like I pick the right shop. When I found out their labor rate was only $125?? I was honestly surprised considering the level of care and attention they gave. My car felt like it was getting VIP treatment!! Highly recommend—I'll definitely be back! 🚗
Excellent service great people and the cleanest Auto Repair Shop I’ve seen in the area. They’re thorough and honest. Recently had some work done on my Mercedes, and I’ve never been happier with how great it’s been running.
