Grateful for the experienced and professional assistance from Connor and the team at Buddy’s. Our truck broke down on Hwy 299 pulling our travel trailer. Thankfully we had cell service still and was hooked up with Buddys through our Roadside assistance. Connor was kind, explained everything he was doing including why he had to drive slow or pull over. Seamless. Thank you Connor!
I was really stressed because I locked my keys in my car for the first time at night time and normally tow trucks take forever but Konnor came so fast, I didnt realized he was already there and hadn’t seen my phone ring and he waited outside for me and i was so appreciative. I accidentally made him wait for 20 mins but he was still so kind. Yay Konnor! Thank you He has able to retrieve my keys and there was no damage done to my car at all.
My partner and I were stuck in a ditch on L street and JON CHARLES utilized ELITE LEVEL creative problem solving to get us out of a truly bizarre situation. Genuinely had such a fantastic experience working with JON CHARLES. Firm handshake, kind smile, Jon has it all.

Connor rescued me and my motorcycle today. He made an unpleasant situation turn into a pleasant one. He loaded my bike safely and cared for it like i would. He took it slower over bumps just to be extra careful. This was all done in a highly stressful environment. I would recommend Connor to absolutely everyone. Thanks to Buddys Towing for having such a kind hearted employee.
