Kudos to Konnor! he helped me out of a very difficult situation. my car suffered a flat 7 miles down a padlock gravel road with no phone service. A stranger was kind enough to take me to a gas station but my cell phone still didn’t work. Buddys agreed to pick me up at the gas station, tow me to the tire repair center, and then to my hotel. Konnor understood the special towing needs of my Tesla model, diagnosed the tire leak, and provided a good conversation and companionship, for the very long tow.
Connor was timey, professional and very helpful. Great service!
