Buddy’s towing is awesome! Melissa the dispatcher was especially helpful and accommodating to my situation and made all the difference! It’s rare to get someone like her who even though she is fielding tons of calls and is super busy actually cares about your issue and is very friendly! Thank you!
Jonathan from Buddy’s was fantastic. He came early, got a completely dead truck onto his tow bed and was super friendly and helpful. Great buy and a great tow company
Konnor came in a timely manner and had a great attitude and customer service skills. Helped me get gas in my car and back on the road. Thanks so much, you rock !
Konnor with buddy's towing was professional, helpful, and put the truck where I needed it to be and gave me good information. Buddy's towing has always been a positive experience for me.
We experienced fast and super helpful service from Konnor!! He went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was safely placed and even helped us roll up the windows (despite our dead battery)!!
