I just want to thank Melissa at Buddy's Auto in the Arcata office for her professionalism and patience with my aunt. It was a very stressful day and I couldn't get out to my aunt in time. Thanks to our neighbors Buddy’s Towing for pick us up today! Lost steering out of the blue, pulled over, called AAA and within minutes Connor from Buddy’s called to give us his ETA.
