I needed a new battery. Their battery guy (Asreal ? I'm so bad at names) was awesome. He even fixed the battery clamp. Called me to let me know he was going to be later than scheduled. He's proud to be an AAA Battery repairman for Buddy's Towing. I've also received fantastic help with flat tires from Buddy's. Their guys were instrumental in recovering my stolen pickup. The BEST helpful people

Connor was excellent, and helped us get out of a tricky situation. His patience with the electric parking brake and willingness to help us get home made a long day a bit better.
Connor was a great help when our truck broke on a forest road. We called other businesses but we were stuck waiting for hours until Connor came down on a Sunday night. He was very thoughtful and dropped us off at home before bringing the car to the dealership to get fixed.
Austin was extremely helpful! We came to the lake to ride our paddleboard and got stuck before we were able to get into the water and he came in the nick of time to help save the day to ensure us we were able to go home. Everything was 100% smooth sailing! :) we appreciate Austin to this moment bc we were able to make it home safe and sound.
