We came back to Buddy after he helped us purchase our first house 16 years ago. Buddy is extremely knowledgeable and provides a wealth of guidance through the entire process. His negotiation skills are second to none.
My wife and I called Sarah 16 times ready to put down a substantial deposit and down payment on a house we found. She didn't answer a single phone call and couldn't be bothered to even return emails or our calls. I would recommend that if you are thinking about using these realtors, do not. Find someone who isn't too busy to contact the people who pay her paycheck.
We used the services of Buddy Frey to buy a home in North Carolina. We live in Florida. He kept us well informed, immediately upon new listings that became available. He helped us find a very nice house and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He made it possible for us to buy a house even though we lived far away.
When my wife and I first met Buddy in the summer of 2016 we were in the beginning stages of selling our house as our family had simply outgrown it. Buddy helped my wife and I buy our first house. He listened to our needs and budget, helped us find properties, and was available on weekends to conduct showings. He also provided very useful negotiation advice and has an experienced group of supporting cast members (financing, home inspector, odd job folks) who were essential to closing on our house within our desired time frame.
