I recently needed a tire replacement, and Buddy’s Auto went above and beyond to help me out. They didn’t just assist they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is phenomenal they’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. I can’t thank them enough for their help and for prioritizing me the way they did. We had a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. I was so impressed with how thorough it was! They were extremely knowledgeable, explained all the findings, and even took pictures for me to use later in working with our local mechanic (we came in from out of town). They were also super organized and very friendly and responsive. They have online appointment capabilities and text messaging for reminders as well. This is an incredible place; I wish we lived closer so we could frequent it more often!!!
