I have activated an automatic payment monthly card! One day I won't be able to pass! I called the staff member, but he asked me to activate it once and then took away my pass! My pass can't be used now! But they charge me money every month! I've been calling this company's phone number for many days, but no one answered!

I am writing this review as I sit and wait for the gate to open , I got the monthly pass and it never works . Employees get annoyed when you ask for help. Car wash closes during business hours to deep clean which is cool but why not do it before or after operation hours?? I really can’t use my monthly passes when half of the time they are close or I can’t get through.
