I’m still shaking from this horrendous experience. I drive a 2024 BMW X4 and I normally get hand car wash only but I didn’t have time to drive to 3 Brothers. I paid $15 for the deluxe wash, came out and the back was still dirty, the assistant manager sent me back through for another deluxe wash but the dryers didn’t come on and my car was soaking wet. He said he wouldn’t send me through again, not only did he yell at me but then the actual store manager gave me attitude before finally sending me through for a $5 dollar wash.... read more
