What is the point of having a business telephone number if no one is answering? I came through the car wash this morning. The wash attendant kicked the snow off my wheel well which I thought was weird. I get to work and now a trim piece is missing. I get it no fault of the wash.. that’s part of their terms of service. But at least answer the phone so I can say hold the damn piece that was kicked off I’ll pick it up later. Like why is that so hard?
Buddy bear customer service is beyond POOR! Do they really have a "corporate office"? It's always a problem with the Fast Pass! You waste time waiting for assistance, then money paying for a car wash that you should have never had to to pay for! You ask for a manager then all of a sudden the employee is the manager or they have no way of reaching the manager? The employee is quick to say your payment was denied when you clearly show it cleared. They have the ability to do a manual overide, yet want you to believe there's not... read more
Great location and good service.
They don't work till 9pm... dorve 25min... arrived 8:18pm they are closed!!!
