Budd's pools? I think not. They are the best until they get your money. Service is shoddy and repairs to their workmanship is non existent. After opening my pool I noticed they failed to replace the screws that they removed from the safety fencing around the pool and never connected the bonding wire from pool to the pump. I called immediately and two times after in a 2 month time span. Three months later I needed my pump replaced and they showed up 72 hours later to sell the pump and install for $500. As a Vietnam Vet and a Union worker I am about as "All Amercian as I can be" I just had my new In the ground pool completed and was purely taken for a ride about how Budd's Pools are the "All American Builder" only to find they are the "All Mexican Builder" the process was somewhat smooth ( Some delays) but I couldn't understand not one thing going on out in my yard, I tried to explain some things I wanted done and had some questions only to realize I didn't speak a lick of Spanish. Bad service, bad attitude! Bad service, bad attitude. They are only good if everything goes well. We have used them for years, and slowly their service has gotten worse. Our opening was so bad the pool isn't even working (almost everything is new!), and they did the service super fast while skipping many steps. Now it's a tough road to get any customer service. They just aren't good anymore.
Supplies Last year we could always count on Budd's pools to have the supplies that we need. We had purchased our above ground pool there years before - they still remembered our names!

Has everything We purchased an above ground pool from Budd's two years ago. The service we received during the entire process was unbelievable. We continue to use Budd's for all our pool needs.
Just Poor Service Had them open my pool this year.....disaster. I was disappointed a few years back but decided to give them another try. Main tech was rude but his partner was nice and a hard worker. We had just had a heavy rainstorm the night before opening so there was water and some debris on the cover. Good Salesman We went to get shop the price for an inground pool this past summer. They have so many options but our sales guy took the time to explain all of our options and answer all of my silly questions. No pressure sales technique. I can't say the price was better as we haven't shopped around yet.
