Rick and Ben were incredibly helpful in the buying process for my Ventrac. Customer service, communication, and the overall experience was fantastic. They did everything to help me save money and did not pressure me to buy anything at all. I wanted to demo an attachment so they cut down a tree on their property so I could demo the equipment and had a rep from Ohio bring equipment down that they did not have in stock at the moment to demo. Great service
They used to be a great shop but these days they don’t return phone calls or emails. Customer service is crap, I have switched to using Agriteer, they ship parts in stock out the same day and always answer their phones. It’s a longer drive but it’s well worth it to actually get service!
