The service department here is absolutely top-notch. They took excellent care of my M3 and ensured I was completely happy with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. My point of contact for the service, Chantelle, and my shuttle driver, Mario, were both fantastic. I will certainly be coming back for all future service on my vehicle.
Great experience. Rahul was very patient as we test drove a number of vehicles a number of times and helped provide choices to suit our needs without being pushy and have been able to ask questions after the purchase. Overall experience with Budd's for the purchase was also excellent and the difference between buying at a luxury dealership compared to our previous, non-luxury vehicle, purchases was very noticeable. Very happy and would recommend to friends
Recently went in to test drive an all-electric iX and ended up taking an i4. The staff were accomadating and we managed to get a pretty good price for one of the Demo vehicles they had there. They were very accommodating in streamlining the deal, going through and working around our busy schedule.
