I have amazing experience with this dealership, both sales and administrations are helpful and knowledgeable. It is the second BMW I have bought from this dealership. My daughter bought a new X1 at the same time.
I contacted the dealership with a simple question about whether a specific vehicle (Stock DH4276A) was still available. Instead of answering, they asked for my name and email address. I was disappointed by the lack of a straightforward response and the unnecessary collection of personal information just to check vehicle availability.
Purchasing a car at BMW Hamilton was an easy process with no pressure with no hesitation to supply information and find answers not ready available. I even consulted with another dealership that said that if I bought a car at BMW Hamilton, it would be a good car.
Very disappointing experience with Budd's BMW. Was there 4 times to talk to service manager about the service they provided. Twice he was not in the shop and then he was on vacation. When I finally was able to speak with him he told me it has been a month since my service and he couldn't authorize any diagnosis of my vehicle concerns without paying another large fee.
