Hunter was great to work with! Super responsive and looked into every question I asked about the car, sending pictures and videos as well. Nadine walked me through all the features upon delivery and was very knowledge and friendly. Very fair to deal with when it came to vehicle pricing and I definitely recommend working them!
I was in the market for a new car, and having previously owned two Mercedes AMG vehicles, I was very used to the customer care experience they provided. Before contacting Budds’ in Hamilton, I had visited two other BMW dealerships—both of which were very disappointing, as I was dismissed and not taken seriously. From the initial call, Hunter was great to deal with. We scheduled an appointment, and after finally test-driving my first M3, I was in love.
Original review: Slow service, consumes my whole day and I get my car at the very end of the day. updated 2025 review: Caught a nail in my front tire so I had to bring my car in for a tire patch. It was a 3 hour anppointment and cost $150 bucks. For reference, last month I had one in my rear tire and Beech Auto down the road did the same work in 45 minutes and charged me nothing. I knew going into a dealership wouldn’t be free but now I got a chunk of paint missing from my forged rim. Thanks Budds BMW for damaging my rim.
BEWARE - NO HONESTY-NO INTEGRITY-NO ACCOUNTABILITY-NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! I wish I could give this place below 0 ratings. Never dealing with Budd's BMW ever! According to Peter, it was Manager's call to sell the vehicle to someone else while we were very deep in the deal and I WAS WAITING ON FINAL CALL from him for a few hours regarding extended warranty and maintenance package that I was adding for additional $10k on top of the base price! Typically miserable to deal with dealership. Parts guy is great. Service manager terrible. Last time I took my car in for recalls they damaged the car and returned it to me with a bunch of fault codes on and an engine light that weren’t there before. Pretty much vowed then to never return for service. Having an issue with my e90 key fob not working.
