Always are treated with respect and courtesy Today my husband stopped in - we had two cases (3 different sizes) of furnace filters- we did not have our receipt- that we needed/wanted to return because our 45 year old furnace conked out and was replaced - not only did they trust us, ( because they know their customers!) they did an even exchanged for the two size filters that we use to need for the ones we now need for the new furnace.
