They don't return all calls. When I request to reschedule I get told I will get a call but the call doesnt come, then staff states that I just dont show to appointments. They have been sitting on results for an injury for approximately a month and I dont know whats wrong because no one returned my calls to set up an appointment. I have had to cancel or change appointments simply because i dont have the time to wait in the waiting room for an hr past my appointment time which happens regularly.
