Booked an appointment for 5pm with my legal name (Norton), and she was confused and said 5:30. It was not a huge deal. I waited about 15 min until we could start. I planned extra time so I wasn't worried. I booked a 30 min because I have never had a thai massage before, and I didn't want to commit longer in the event it hurt too much since I knew I had knots in my lower back.
