If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had 2 earrings now that broke literally snapped in 1/2 after 2 months of normal daily wear. The 1st time they were helpful and replaced it, the 2nd time they offered no help and said it was not a defect and due to me being “too rough” with the jewelry. When paying what I consider to be high end pieces I expect it to hold up to daily wear. Terrible customer service and crappy, cheap quality for the price.
Déception. Après avoir acheté 3 bijoux à plus de 350€ chez un piercer en France. 2 sont tombés donc perdu et un dont le diamant est tombé donc bijoux cassé. Ni le piercer ni Buddha ne veut faire quelque chose. D’ailleurs Buddha ne nous a jamais répondu à notre e-mail.
Amazing products and service!
I’m really impressed with the jewelry I ordered. The reason I took away one star is due to paying almost $20 for UPS shipping thinking it would be more secure and get here faster, just to have it take 10 days for them to fulfill the order before they got it to UPS. That being said, I am happy with the Jewelry I received just know it may take longer than you think for it to get to you- mine took a little over 2 weeks.
Buddha Jewelry has been my go-to brand for any new piercings I have. The customer service team is friendly and incredibly helpful. Truly high quality jewelry that doesn’t hurt my sensitive skin! I got the Wishful Thinking clicker which I LOVE and have had no problems with.
