Have some of the rudest employees of all time. Very unhelpful, unprofessional and rude.
Terry and Carlos did an excellent job and were able to correct what we thought were bigger problems.
Took over my business from previous owner, and now after almost 1 year, they are charging me for preventive maintenance $286 for a month, I didn't sign the contract, they said previous owner signed and you can't cancel it. Worst part, they are charging without any notice and at their will, the worst company to deal with, having really bad experience, they didn't charge when we took over and now all of a sudden, we are getting charged for all the months just because they have ach. Terry and Carlos did a great job of changing out the filters and cleaning the vents for better airflow at our office thanks again for going above and beyond
John was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure things were working before he left
