Horrible products and services. Back in August my boss decided to upgrade the AC/HVAC units. Once installed they worked for about 5 minutes and then nothing. And this was in Arizona in the summer. Customer service was useless, all they said when we called for service was "We'll let our project manager know." It took 6 weeks for them to get someone out to look at the units and all they said was "I don't know what's wrong." We have overall had a very positive experience with Budderfly. Their staff is knowledgeable and attentive. We are still in our implementation phase and are receiving constant updates and they are excellent in that regard. Our only issue is that they are a national corporation and their list of preferred vendors may mean your contractors may be a couple of hours from you. We are still in the implementation phase, so we will see what the service and maintenance impact will be down the road.
I've been working with Budderfly since the summer of 2024. Their ability to make sustainability cool and accessible is impressive. As an installation partner, we've had the honor of witnessing this passion, which drives everything they do. Budderfly is a great partner whether you're a property owner or a vendor partner.
