Checked in with me about arrival time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and came at 4 pm to replace the part so I would have heat.
Craig came out and diagnosed by furnace problem, turns out I needed a new one. It took a little while to get the furnace because it had to be ordered, but once it arrived his team was able to get it installed in just a few hours! They were professional and courteous!
