I am appalled by the unprofessional and downright disrespectful behavior exhibited by Brandon from Budds Mechanical. Not only was he egregiously late for our appointment, but his brief onsite visit was nothing short of a farce, lasting a mere 10 minutes at most. After promising to provide a quote, the figure he presented was utterly exorbitant, citing an absurd 20-hour timeframe for what should be a straightforward mini-split installation, insisting on two technicians at $160 per hour each.
