BRPI was refreshingly different when it comes to experiences with plumbers. (We live in a more than 60-year-old house, a quirky one, and have run into a bunch of issues with plumbing over the years.) The service technicians were excellent! We couldn’t be happier!
Ryan installed our water softener along with a couple other things that needed to get done (PRV, expansion tank). He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. BRPI is reasonably priced and their estimate came in much lower than the other 2 that I received. They are honest and trustworthy and I will absolutely use them again.
Just excellent. Ryan is the best. Did not try to sell me anything. Fixed problem for reasonable price.
