Just excellent. Ryan is the best. Did not try to sell me anything. Fixed problem for reasonable price.
I was having terrible knocking noises coming from my water heater. Called BRPI and they came out next day. Long story short, I needed a new water heater. Ryan came out and was awesome. Switched it out for me and even moved a gas line that was in an awkward spot. I highly recommend BRPI if you’re looking for a company that’s fair and has amazing customer service!
Awesome to work with. They didn’t pressure me into anything. Just asked what I wanted. I told them, and the did. Friendly, honest and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the result. Absolutely professional.
