Charlie Woeleb of Budd Lake transmission is a real bastard. He's been dating and enabling my mothers alcohol problem for the past four years. Isolating her from what few family and friends she has left. Her mental and cognitive abilities have severely degraded since then. The man is morally devoid of right and wrong. He should be in prison. The second this man, takes a step too far, I'm calling the police.
RecommendedI have had my car worked on by Charlie and his crew a few times since the summer of 2018. I have never met a nicer guy who would give you the shirt off his back. The service he provides go above and beyond any other auto shop I’ve ever worked with. I know there have been times my car has been in his shop a few too many times and I know it’s become a thorn in his side but he still goes out of his way to provide the best service to the customer. Took nissan to this guy and he kept it 5 days. Needed bumper and side repair due to an accident. He said he would fix it for $700. said ok. I told him not to paint the bumper pearl cause it's only plastic. He drove my car to Maco in rockaway and they repaired the dent and bumper. And they painted the bumper pearl color. I never gave him permission to drive my car to rockaway and have someone else fix it. Then he charged me $1000. i went to them to check if i needed a new transmission i went to them to check if i needed a new transmission and they checked it for free and showed me everything that was wrong, they gave me an estimate which was less than half of what my dealer had given. I got my car repaired there and i don't regret it at all.
