I've been going here for a few years now and it was really nice. Recently i've been having issues with my vehicle and took it in to get it looked at. They said I needed my rack/pinions and the engine coolant thermostat replaced. For rack and pinions they quoted me $2,527 and the thermostat was $984. Missed the simplest details. Brought my car in for an ac recharge a few months back and the caps to the ac lines weren't replaced. I brought my car back in to get it checked out and specifically stated the caps weren't put on originally, which was written down on the intake form. Next day picked up my car and checked and the caps weren't replaced a second time and my battery cover wasn't replaced properly and had fallen to the bottom of the engine bay. My tire got punctured by a nail so I brought my car to Budd and Company on Friday morning without an appointment. Brian Peck helped me out right away and I was in and out of there with a patched tire in less than 15 minutes. Extremely efficient and cost-effective. Highly recommend Brian and Budd and Company for any auto needs.
Friendly, clear about what work needs to be done, and no surprises. Also, they were very fast!
First time I’ve used Budd and Co. I just had an oil change done, but they were very professional and It was a great deal. I definitely am going to use them again for my cars that are out of warranty.
