I had an oil change at Budd & Co last week - everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful, and I felt taken care of. They were communicative and efficient.
I had a great experience! I think his name was Brian (handsome guy with the 6 kids) was so personalable. All the guys were great. They got my car totally ready for an upcoming road trip move to Idaho. They have WIFI while you wait, such a plus! And didn't have to wait but an hour or so with appt. Would highly recommend!
After visiting two other auto repair shops who were unable to diagnose and fix the problem, I went to Budd & Co. It took awhile but Perfecto, the mechanic on the job, was able to connect two seemingly unrelated problems and figure out that they WERE related and finally diagnose and fix it. Anthony, the service advisor, was accessible, an excellent communicator, and their systems are professional and tech-savvy. I would certainly recommend them.
Good service overall
I was forced to move garages when my long time favorite went out of business. I was dreading it, but Budd's has really delivered. They've done a couple of larger jobs on my car and did a great job. They even let me drop in and have them change the bulb on one of my headlights that has been particularly difficult to deal with. Another advantage: They are on the bus line if you want to save money and not take an Uber home while your car is in the shop.
