I was a loooong time customer. Bought a expensive pair of Nike frames. After one week the frames broke. I'm 60 years old and very careful with my Eyewear. I was told the frames I chose were not made for my lens so that's why they broke. I come to a so called pro to make sure mistakes like that aren't made. They basically said there was nothing they could do, sorry. They dr. Was super and a pro, his staff is terrible. DO NOT BUY YOUR EYE WEAR THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THERE PRODUCTS. My family's last 3 visits were such a mess. Forgotten in the waiting room pre covid. Forgotten in the vehicle post covid. No help choosing frames while they ladies sat behind the counter gossiping. Watched in horror as a lady with LONG talons for finger nails prying my small child's eyes open to put drops in (no gloves.) Wrong lenses were put in the frames, but I was told rather rudely that's how they were ordered. No, no it wasn't. Told I had to pay for the lenses to get them remade!! No I don't.
