Nutshell: 3 mos +- after cancelling the high pressure sale for ENDURANCE on my car that was STILL UNDER WARRANTY.... I'M STILL BEING BILLED.. You can’t get rid of them. My ford consultant signed me up for their services without my consent Now they keep sending me bills that I owe after officially cancelling their services without from the start after calling them multiple times signing papers and so on Still like a thorn attached Avoid!
Refused to cancel an on-going charge. The charge was for America's RV Warranty and they said the warranty company needs to call them first. BS. I'm the contract owner...I sold the RV and the new owner didn't want to keep the warranty- RV Warranty company never answered the phone, returned my call, or email so Budco went ahead and took out the payment (against my instructions).
I had purchased a Ford ExtendedCare warranty, and my car was totaled a little less than a month after purchasing the plan. I had reached out to cancel the plan, and they froze the account while I acquired the paperwork needed to cancel.
