Seems like every month we have to call them because of one thing or another (payment). This month card was declined (credit card) as we do an automatic monthly payment. When we call it is taken care of, but every month its ridiculous and at this point we fear ever having to use as we are very frustrated and disappointed with this company and have lost confidence in this company. I had a good experience with this company.
Brand new customer and they proceeded my first payment 3 times and don’t seem to want to help cancel two of the payments. I only authorized one. Have confirmation for 1 payment. Doesn’t look good from a new customer standpoint. Disappointing.
We use this service to make our payments for our truck warranty. We have had this service for 11 months. The website does not allow us to pay online on a secure page in their site. Each month we have had to pay online over the telephone line, not secured. The system does not provide a reference number or a receipt. Each month, we have to call customer service to confirm the payment is made, and get a receipt.
