Very unprofessional company.The lady whom I spoke to did not take me seriously, was cussing, and did not meet my business needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please avoid.
By far the WORST COMPANY. Takes 6 months just to get a refund for a warranty.
They continually have "computer glitches" that double charge my credit card. I have been with this company for four months and have been overcharged twice. When I called today, Phyllis in the billing department kept interrupting me. This is not a professionaly run company at all.
They do not work with the customer, if you have bill pay through your bank they will not take it only rip you off through your credit card
