Every 2 months we come from Dorset to visit Bristol and never fail to have breakfast at Budapest Cafe. The atmosphere is welcoming and service is prompt and the food is super delicious. As for cakes? Come and see for yourself 😀

We came for an early lunch and they managed to squeeze us in, obviously very popular and for good reason! The staff were lovely and the food was exceptional. I had the eggy bread with cheese, ham and some sour cream, it was the perfect balance. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and it was well worth the money. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. I can highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area!
This place is brilliant! Lovely family run cafe and the food is beyond delicious! The coffee was lovely as well! It’s my new favourite coffee shop in Bristol.
I love this little cafe! My favourite thing is the Hungarian Cheese Melt on toasted sourdough with pickled gherkins - just fantastic, as is the friendly welcome and cosy atmosphere. Thank you! Catherine
