I've been using their services for years now, primarily for annual maintenance on my (whole house) Kohler generator. They have ALWAYS been prompt, professional and helpful! Recently, I had a problem with a replacement part that even Kohler HQ was "confused" about. The folks at Budagher stuck with it, tracked down the RIGHT part and replaced it. I'd recommend them highly!

I contacted Gerald at Budagher with some technical questions about my whole-home Generac generator. I live near Albuquerque far out of Budagher's service area and hoped that Budagher would be helpful nonetheless (there is only 1 provider in the Abq area and they did a poor job servicing the generator previously). Gerald was very helpful and able to explain the technical aspects to solve my problems in easily understandable terms.
