I had an excellent experience with this eye doctor. He was incredibly informative and took the time to thoroughly explain my overall eye health and ways I can be proactive about caring for my eyes long-term. I especially appreciated how thoughtful and detail-oriented he was with my prescription, which can be challenging due to how strong it is. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor.
I was in high school in the late 1900s and forced to take pre-calculus because someone decided I was smart. All the equations were written on a whiteboard, and where I sat made it nearly impossible to see anything. I came home convinced my grades were suffering because I literally could not see the board. I cannot recommend Dr. Chavez highly enough! I came to him with a severely irritated eye that had been bothering me for days after my local ophthalmologist was unable to find a solution that worked. Despite having an incredibly busy schedule, Dr. Chavez worked me in without hesitation. He quickly identified the issue and prescribed the perfect medication to treat it. First time going to Budaful Eyes and I had a wonderful experience! The front desk receptionists were wonderful and helpful! Dr. Chavez was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well! I can't wait to go pick up my new glasses!
So easy... scratched my eye last night, texted them to check on it and they found a way to check it out same day. Easy to do because after my last regular appointment they texted me "happy birthday" so I already had the number. Ladies at the desk are super helpful. DR is knowledgeable, and helpful. Shows you pictures of whats going on, since lots of us cant see our own eyes. 11 out of 10. Won't trust my family's eyes with someone else.
