Not what I expected. The wood is not high quality material. Customers service not close to being optimal.
Not what i expected.
The director of sales was extremely pushy and made all kinds of promises that the company could not deliver on. They grossly underestimated the project costs and timeline, only to hit us with massive change orders and delays later on. It was clear they were just trying to get the sale rather than provide an accurate assessment.
Very efficient and quality millwork.
