Best experience we’ve ever had at a dentist office!! First phone call to them and I knew this place was different. Then we walk in the door and the dentist greets my son by name showing him the waiting area with toys. Such genuine caring staff that you feel like you’ve known. My son needed some work done to relieve pain and they talked him through the entire process making sure he was comfortable the entire time. Also saved us about $1800 from what another office quoted us. So grateful we found this office.
Clean office! Dr. Chan was very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand! So glad I found this office!
This is the place to take your kids. They were careful to tell my child what they were doing each step of the way. This helped my child as she's slightly on the spectrum. They handled things with smiles and kindness. I feel the quality of the cleaning and exam was spot on. I can't say enough good to describe how happy we were with our visit.
Great staff with great attitude. I had my son already scheduled and was able to add my daughter on the same day. Got to kill 2 birds with one stone!
DR Chan and her staff are so amazing and incredibly understanding!! i have two little ones and they are so great with them. i’m so glad we found this place the office is always really clean and they offer coffee and hot chocolate just amazingg!
