Absolutely terrible experience with Buda Auto. My car was with them for over a month, and they never even touched it. After waiting week after week with no updates or progress, I finally had to pick it up and take it to a different shop just to get it worked on. Even worse, after it was towed, the guy actually took it to his house for the first five days before bringing it to the shop. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called today for a tow literally blocks away. I was told it would be an hour. I waited two hours, called back several times and no one answered. Don't waste your time with this jabroni. :| Update: The "owner's" response says it all. Apparently, wasting a woman's time doesn't "warrant a response". Thanks for the validation, your post made my day :)
