I was originally headed to another location. While at the stop light, I looked to my right. Bud's Tire Pros was in my view. I've driven past that location at least 100x. Anyway, I went in and spoke to Ralph. He had my car up and off of the rack with the best recommendation. Unfortunately I had to leave out of town the next day. I'll definitely return to have them complete to work that's needed. Just the "customer courtesy" inspection if that's correct is reason ENOUGH! I'll see them SOON. Give them a try!

I had the best customer service experience with Mike. He was thorough in his explanation of the work to be performed and kept me up to date throughout the process during my alignment and vehicle inspection. I’ll definitely recommend this location and Mike as a contact for any new customers.

This is not the same company I have been going to for 12 years. A foreign country answered the phone. The staff was great but they couldn't diagnose the noise on my car. They don't have enough techs. Since Monro purchased it, it has gone downhill.
