Great service
The company responded, and yes I understand they are a recycling center for scrap. If you don’t want miscommunication then inform your people that answer the phone what you do and don’t do. That helps that. And maybe learn a little bit of customer service. If your guy would have said “how can I help you” maybe he wouldn’t have destroyed a $500 part. Real smooth process, workers were very polite and courteous... great first impression for first time being here in a few years ...sure will be back with my scrap medal disposal in the future.
