Worked here for a few months. Completely unprofessional lot. Rampant nepotism. Part prices are marked up to what is basically retail, not wholesale, so buying parts here is going to drive up your service invoice so high that your customer may never call you again. As an industry professional, I can't recommend BGA and have even gone so far as to discourage my current employer from installing Liebert products so that we don't have to deal with this Liebert distributor.
