I have worked with the owner in the past and never had an issue until today. They messed up a recent order and rather than fire them i thought I would give them another chance since a friend recommended me. That was a mistake. I spoke to the owner and got absolutely nowhere. On top of that she lied to my friend and said I was rude on the call. I will put Bud's with all of the other Liberals who don't understand common sense. I will be going to Publix for all of my future floral needs.

A Christmas Amaryllis was delivered to my home today. The person delivering handed me a box and I said, "What is this?" She said, "I don't know it's for you here you go." She handed it to me abruptly and turned to leave. This was supposed to be a very special gift from a very special friend and I know she would be very disappointed in the representation. There are no instructions, just a box with a bulb in it. I just expected more from Bud Floral and Home.
We've used Bud Floral for several flower deliveries and have had an amazing experience each time we order! Most recently, Ally helped us with our order and was very sweet and patient - with great attention to detail. Thank you for the amazing customer service - this really goes a long way with us! We will be recommending to our clients, friends, and family.
