Bud Floral is incredible! I have been shopping here for years, and the shop just keeps getting better. Jamie and her staff are warm and friendly. I am always greeted cheerfully when I arrive and leave with more than I planned. Their floral arrangements are stunning and never disappoint. The amazing selection of gifts makes it my only stop for special occasions. They also deliver flowers on the same day I order. Bud is my favorite shop in Chattanooga, and I highly recommend!
For my girls who are only able to give a vibe... trust these people. I am still in shock how they took one conversation and a chaotic Pinterest board and nailed the vision. I think we had maybe one or two more conversations after that where I maybe said 5 useful words and added two audibles and they completely understood the assignment. Everything was perfect. Also, use there candles. It made all the difference. 10/10 would use again, but they made it feel once in a lifetime.
I have worked with the owner in the past and never had an issue until today. They messed up a recent order and rather than fire them i thought I would give them another chance since a friend recommended me. That was a mistake. I spoke to the owner and got absolutely nowhere. On top of that she lied to my friend and said I was rude on the call. I will put Bud's with all of the other Liberals who don't understand common sense. I will be going to Publix for all of my future floral needs.

A Christmas Amaryllis was delivered to my home today. The person delivering handed me a box and I said, "What is this?" She said, "I don't know it's for you here you go." She handed it to me abruptly and turned to leave. This was supposed to be a very special gift from a very special friend and I know she would be very disappointed in the representation. There are no instructions, just a box with a bulb in it. I just expected more from Bud Floral and Home.
