A Christmas Amaryllis was delivered to my home today. The person delivering handed me a box and I said, "What is this?" She said, "I don't know it's for you here you go." She handed it to me abruptly and turned to leave. This was supposed to be a very special gift from a very special friend and I know she would be very disappointed in the representation. There are no instructions, just a box with a bulb in it. I just expected more from Bud Floral and Home.

Most recently, Ally helped us with our order and was very sweet and patient - with great attention to detail. Thank you for the amazing customer service - this really goes a long way with us! We had the best experience working with Jamie at Bud Floral for our wedding in Chattanooga! They were so kind, easy to work with, and went out of their way to make our florals and day perfect. I did not know much about florals but i had a vision, and Jamie helped bring that to life and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
