The service has always been great at Bud Cross. Everyone there has been very caring. There no complete by me at all!!!
The sales process was seamless. We are not from the area, but Phillip helped with everything from pricing, to trade-in, and financing over the phone. We were on a tight timeline the day we came to pick up our new Expedition, but with Phillip’s help we were in and out in our new ride in about an hour. Quick and efficient work. I called ahead with the issue and in addition to that service, I was made aware of an issue to consider down the road.
