I'm thankful for the thorough multipoint inspection with the video so I could see what they were seeing. I appreciate how they took the time to top off the fluids which some places don't bother with. The only negative was they left a cap off the antifreeze jug sitting on top of my battery. I imagine that could have caused issues if it fell off into the belt or fan while driving. This is why I always double check any work done. But overall I'm pleased with their work.
