I had been going to Community Counseling for 5 years, I always had an amazing counselor until they either had to leave for some reason or until they switched jobs out there ( My last amazing counselor Brittany). I have withheld sharing my opinion of the mental health services provided by this agency, but enough is enough. I started off here with just psychiatry. I was taken off all the medications that worked, I was not being listened to, I was being told I was being diagnosed with things that were not accurate given my symptoms, and then put on meds that were making me so suicidal that i had to go to the emergency OSU psychiatry clinic. I’ve visited the 3rd Street Clinic several times, and Angela has consistently been one of the most caring and attentive providers I’ve ever worked with. Each appointment feels personal — she listens closely, takes her time, and genuinely wants to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. She even went out of her way to connect me with a primary care doctor the same day, which solved a problem I’d been struggling with. Amazing Nurse Practitioner in Bucyrus Ohio.... She probably saved my life figuring out my iron issue. That being said... They have the Absolute worst Option System in the History of Man....Literally that i have ever experienced. It's not the fault of the Bucyrus office but the people higher up the food chain.
