Bucky's has the best service of any dealership that I have worked with! I was visiting from Michigan and had major issues with my snowmobile, knowing that I was leaving for Canada they got me in and completely saved my trip. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them!
I have purchased 2 snowmobiles from them in the past few years, this place is amazing! Not only great machines but great products as well. When I had an issue with a snowmobile ( didn't get this one from them) and stopped by Polaris in Riverton, he refused to work on it since I didn't purchase the machine from him. Called Buckeys and told them the story and they got me taken care of and my machine back fast and ready for the POW. Thanks again for all your help, you guys are the best.
I reluctantly give this review because a year ago I had an excellent experience here as an out of towner needing quick repairs and they provided same day excellent service at a fair price. I went into this establishment this year with a Honda generator with a loose choke switch. Very different treatment. They explained they were short staffed and would not even look at my equipment for a week, then if they determined a part was needed they would order it and it would be another week or more to get it before they could comple... read more
Over priced for what you get and the workers in the back really like talking smack on other business's not very professional and doesn't speak highly about there skills
