I reluctantly give this review because a year ago I had an excellent experience here as an out of towner needing quick repairs and they provided same day excellent service at a fair price. I went into this establishment this year with a Honda generator with a loose choke switch. Very different treatment. They explained they were short staffed and would not even look at my equipment for a week, then if they determined a part was needed they would order it and it would be another week or more to get it before they could comple... read more
Over priced for what you get and the workers in the back really like talking smack on other business's not very professional and doesn't speak highly about there skills

Bucky's is what customer service should be. Outstanding to work with, above and beyond. Everyone you will interact with is outstanding. Sandy, Karen, Justin are all really great to work with. Will be back. Update. I went back, and the service is still incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend Bucky's to anyone and everyone!
