I'd like to send no stars. Ordered online a hoodie on Dec 1. Email stating confirmation, tracking scheduled for Dec 5. NO package. Keep looking at tracking and says still in shipment. Finally Dec 24 and no package-Dec 20 still stating out for delivery. Had to call (online only-no direct number) to find out where package is as tracking now states Undeliverable!
