Terrible experience. Ordered a hoodie for my wife’s Christmas present. It was a size too small. I called customer service and was told they would email me a return label and then I could order a larger size. The email never came. I called back and was told by a lady that the item was non-returnable. After telling her I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and would pay the extra shipping, she told me I couldn’t exchange it either and that I am stuck with a $50 hoodie that doesn’t fit.
