It would be wise to always ask to see your old parts, it is comman practice to clean and reuse customer parts when having repairs done other than muffler and radiator work, ( former employee )

I received exceptional service at the Tacoma Sprague Bucky\'s today. They were very helpful in helping repair my 1987 Honda Prelude. Since my old car was totaled and this new car was a gift, it needed some work. They were very professional and helpful, and provided top quality service. There was one man especially (I don\'t know his name - he had a goatee and was a bulky fella) who did a great job. I will certainly recommend Bucky\'s to my friends as a result of this positive experience. Thanks, Derrick Rhayn (rain)

5/31/11 Happy customer, Diane, called to say this about Buckys 6th Ave Narrows store: I have been going to Buckys for years. The Sprague store has been great to work with. Dan is the nicest manager and is very attentive to his customers. Diane explained that he followed up on promises made and even fixed the issue earlier than was expected! Way to go Dan and the staff at Narrows!

I don't recommended them as a reputable company for the reason when I called in to find out how much it would cost to have my exhaust replaced which at the time I told them I only had $600 to spend. They quoted a price around $500 to $550 maybe $575 depending on some minor details which they would actually have to see for themselves in order to get an exact cost, but they said I would be looking at paying no more then $600. they fixed the problem that was wrong with my car (leak) but disconnected some electrical components and hoses not associated with the job performed. Did not reconnect them causing check engine light to come on.

The best decision I ever made! ERIC, IS GREAT, AND EASY TO TALK TO, HE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS AND FIXED MY CAR AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME TOO MUCH. LIKE THE DEALER WOULD HAVE. I GOT MY CAR FIXED AT A GREAT PRICE.
