My car was over-heating, Bucky's said I needed a new radiator. That didn't fix it, my first 20 minute drive I was over-heating again. I paid Bucky's $350 to not fix my car. That never feels good.
I needed to get my timing belt done and they did it for over 500 less then the dealership and were super nice to me then replace my headlight bulb for free. Trish even gave me a ride all the way home!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BUCKY'S! Bucky's in Fife completely destroyed my engine, burned it, took it apart and left it in the back of the car. They are not professionals. Manager Char was lying all the way and missliding with what was going on with the car. Now my car is not drive able. Take your car to the repair shop where they know how to repair but not to destroy cars!
This Buckys has got to be the MOST unprofessional mechanic I have dealt with. I took my truck there to get a sensor replaced. He quoted me one price and then after I dropped off my car and got home, he called and said that it would be $50 more. Since the car was already there and I was all the way home I told him to go ahead and do the work. My truck was finished in a few hours and they didnt even call me to tell me it was done. Comments: I wanted to write about the service I received on April 3rd and April 6th at the Auburn/Kent location. I have to say that I am not a fan of Bucky\'s having been only once, and I did not get the kind of service I was hoping for at other locations. Friends and family said that Bucky\'s is the worst place to take your car to. I decided to try Bucky\'s once more only because my regular mechanic was not able to do the necessary repairs quickly for me. dissatisfied with greeting and customer service on top of that they wanted me schedule appointment for 10 minute oil change. want to give it no stars but I can't
I just came in during my lunch break and under less than an hour, they were done with my car for an oil change, break fluid and fill up my wheels. I did not have to make an appointment and it was pretty cheap. thank you (: also the costumer service was great. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my battle buddies and friends.
