Do not waste your time on them. I called to make sure they do the work I need and the guy I spoke to “Corey” didn’t really seem to care to be on the phone. I said I would be calling back to make an appointment. When I called back shortly after we spoke on the phone, he acted like he didn’t know who I was and what I needed. Cory was great. He helped me redesign my deck to save a few bucks while not compromising quality and he helped me get approval from my HOA. Highly recommended.
I am thrilled with the fantastic job Corey and the Buckstone team did while building our new deck. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, resulting in a beautifully crafted and sturdy addition to our home. Their professionalism and friendly team made the entire process a breeze, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space.
My husband submitted the a site plan on 6/9/2023 to Cory and he has called multiple times to see if he came up with a quote for a garage addition. Unable to get hold of Cory and no return phone call back either way if they are able to do the addition and how much it is. I find this to be poor customer service. Such a shame
Called for a quote because a friend recommended them. Talked to the gentleman about what we wanted, he told us he would work up a quote and get back to us. He never called back, we called probably 5 times to ask if he had the quote yet and every time we had to remind him who we were and what we wanted. He would say let me look it up and call you back... never ever called back. We offered just to have him send an email over when he had it ready.. never sent an email.
