August 2025: I am here to once again extend my highest regard for Corey and the Buckstone team! While Corey is certainly known for his exterior contract work, you should also know that his craftsmanship extends to interior work as well! The Buckstone team returned to my home to remove/demo two rooms worth of old LVP flooring, increase the height of the floor for one of those rooms (so the separate floors from the two adjoining rooms were all one height), and then perfectly install new LVP flooring. Do not waste your time on them. I called to make sure they do the work I need and the guy I spoke to “Corey” didn’t really seem to care to be on the phone. I said I would be calling back to make an appointment. When I called back shortly after we spoke on the phone, he acted like he didn’t know who I was and what I needed. He told me he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes to make an appointment and I never received a call back. I tried to call him and text and receive nothing back. Cory was great. He helped me redesign my deck to save a few bucks while not compromising quality and he helped me get approval from my HOA. Highly recommended.
I am thrilled with the fantastic job Corey and the Buckstone team did while building our new deck. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, resulting in a beautifully crafted and sturdy addition to our home. Their professionalism and friendly team made the entire process a breeze, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space.
My husband submitted the a site plan on 6/9/2023 to Cory and he has called multiple times to see if he came up with a quote for a garage addition. Unable to get hold of Cory and no return phone call back either way if they are able to do the addition and how much it is. I find this to be poor customer service. Such a shame
