New client, got an appointment pretty easily. When I got there, I was kept waiting 30 minutes, in the noisiest room. The whole office echoed and I could here every dog paw clicking by, every time someone dropped something, broom hitting the walls or shut a door, my dog jumped. Every room and every conversation could be heard, even a comment made about my appointment. They should know you can hear everything and have some professionalism.
